hCG Medical Diet

Will I keep the weight off?

After the active portion of the diet, you will find your appetite has decreased, your eating behavior will be dramatically altered and your body will, of course, have changed. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt that healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight. You will find a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body- from yoga, to 15 minute cardio a day, or whatever you enjoy, that keeps your heart moving. With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat. Amongst the people who have tried this program, 75 to 90% have had hardly any or no difficulty maintaining their new, ideal weight.

Now if you go back to old habits, eating junk food, over eating, not watching what you eat, eating unhealthy foods, leading a sedentary lifestyle and in general just thinking “I've lost weight so I can eat now,” than you will gain back weight no matter what diet you decided on even the our diet protocol.  That’s a fact.  Obesity is a disease and it’s not about what diet you treat the disease with; it is about how you treat the disease long term to be really cured.

Consider our diet protocol as a giant step toward a healthier you, cleansing your body of impurities and gaining control over the disease process caused by junk and processed food, inactivity and unhealthy lifestyle. To complete the lifestyle transformation we recommend a consultation with Dr. Denny in order to put healthy lifestyle and eating habits at the forefront to prevent you from regaining weight. Will I be hungry on 500 calories a day?
It is common for mild hunger during the first few days. However, this will pass by the 2nd week. You will find even very tiny servings, to be completely satisfying.  This is partly due to your hypothalamus adjusting your metabolic rate, but largely due to the amount of calories circulating in your system from the fat being released.  It is common that dieters feel as though they are stuffing themselves in order to reach that 500 calorie limit. Please visit the following website for free recipes to help you with your weight loss goals: http://hcgrecipes.blogspot.com.
